Esthetics  An esthetician, specializes in the study of skin care, including facial treatments (removing moles, warts, or body hair by electrolysis), body wraps (with hot linens, plastic sheets, and blankets. Heat penetrates the skin resulting in relaxation and skin revitalization.), salt glows (an exfoliating treatment to remove dead skin and stimulate circulation by rubbing coarse salt and aromatic oils on the skin), waxing as a form of hair removal, and cosmetic make-up services.  Some estheticians work with dermatologists to offer more services, including laser hair removal, laser skin resurfacing, and many types of chemical peels.

 

Full Time Classes

 

Day Class – 600 hours – 30 hours per week

20 weeks -  Monday – Friday 9:00am – 3:30pm

Starting Dates – Every Monday

Approximate Graduation Date – Approximately 5 months from start date

 

Part Time Classes

 

Day Class – 600 hours – 15 hours per week

40 weeks - Monday – Friday 9:00am – 12:00pm

Starting Dates – Every Monday

Approximate Graduation Date – Approximately 10 months from start date

 

Evening Class – 600 hours – 15 hours per week

40 weeks - Monday - Wednesday 5:00pm – 10:00pm

Starting Dates – Every Monday

Approximate Graduation Date – Approximately 10 months from start date

 

Days/Evening Class – 600 hours – 20 hours per week

30 weeks - Monday - Wednesday 5:00pm – 10:00pm

Saturdays 9:00am – 2:30pm

Starting Dates – Every Monday

Approximate Graduation Date – Approximately 7.5 months from start date
